Obituary of NELLIE (KAYE) LEFLER-SMITHIES

LEFLER-SMITHIES, Kaye – Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at Norfolk General Hospital on Tuesday July 12, 2016, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late George Lefler and late Kenneth Smithies. Loving mother of Wayne (and Deanna) Lefler, Brian (and Sandra) Lefler, David (and Carleen) Smithies, Mark (and Rose) Smithies, Linda Smithies. Cherished Nana of Stephen (and Nicole), Kristen (and Michael); Trevor (and Lori), Alycia (and Michael); Devon, Liam; great grandchildren Damon, Kane, Max, Shelby, Lauren, Nash, Paige, Noah, Camryn, and Quinn. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Theodore (and Margaret) Risdill and Harold (and Eleanor) Risdill. A Celebration of Life for Kaye will take place in the chapel at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, on Monday July 25, 2016 at 1:30 pm. with visitation from 12:30 until service time. Rev.
