Obituary of STEVEN HENRY THOMPSON

THOMPSON, Steven – It is with very heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Steven on Thursday June 29, 2017 of Waterford at the age of 28. Beloved father of Kenzie and Colt. Dearly loved by Jessie McKenzie. Loved son of Tom and Helen, son-in-law of Cindy and Len McKenzie. Fun, big hearted brother of Stacey (and Jonathan) Webb and their son Mack, Jenny (Bryon) Austin, brother-in-law of Jody (and Kyle) their son Jaxon, and Len. Cherished grandson of Helen Duesling. Loving nephew of Bob and Patricia, Scott and Suzie Thompson, Ruth Ann and Andy Waite, Gerald and Tina Duesling. Cousins of Maripat, Sammy, Nicole (and Nolan), their daughter Aria, Derek (and Amanda), Mark, Emily, and Abbey. Steven will also be sadly missed by many close friends and extended family. Predeceased by grandparents, Mack and Mary Thompson, Robert Duesling, and Robert Reid. Friends may be received at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Tuesday July 4, 2017 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Wednesday July 5, 2017 at 11am. Rev. Mary Jo Patterson officiating. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Mental Health.
