I’m so sorry to hear about Yvonne passing. This is one of the memorable moments we share together going up in a helicopter. I’m thankful I took time to stop and see Her when I was in town last time, rest in heaven my friend
Yvonne, my dear friend and beach buddy. So very important that we became such close friends. I have and will always miss you for the friend and trusting confidant you were to me.
Yvonne was indeed the strongest, most determined, courageous and "go for it" woman I ever met anywhere, anytime.!!! She overcame many obstacles in her life and "went for it", regardless.
Wherever she went, whatever she did she befriended many along the way and she will always be alive and going for it whenever I think of her.
I have been fortunate enough to share some adventures with her whether they were happy of sad and I will miss and hopefully learn from that "go for it" girl.

Remembering good times with my dear friend, Yvonne. She was a good friend who used to bring me hot chocolate, even during covid. We had fun trips together that often ended with our favourite two-dollar ice cream at Sam's Place. Yvonne was one of my first friends in Waterford. She was there to help me pack up my house when I decided to move to Guelph. She was a loving friend whom I will always remember, especially on Christmas Day when I look at the Christmas carollers she had given to me. I was looking forward to having her come visit me again. I really miss her laughter and friendship.
Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of YVONNE?
A: I fondly remember Yvonne as a spirited individual who danced to the sound of her own drummer. She lived her life to the fullest in spite of many health challenges. I will always consider Yvonne as my inspiration to embrace life while I can. Rest in peace my friend.
