Q: How did you meet FRANK?
A: My name is Valerie and I work for the Norfolk Association for Community Living. I met Frank in 1988 when I worked at ARC Industries with Frank. He always was a hard worker, had a positive spirit and a smile on his face, especially for the ladies. I continued to work with him over the years until 1995 when I moved to another location within the agency. I was able to have a visit with Frank not too long ago at Dover Cliffs. He was the same charming friendly man he always was! I was so very sad to hear of his passing. We will miss him! RIP Frank!
