Obituary of Nadia Hope Martyniuk

Martyniuk, Nadia Hope; Surrounded by her family at the Norfolk General Hospital, Friday August 1, 2003, of RR#3 Waterford in her 78th year. Beloved companion of Bert Sonnenberg for 27 years. Loving mother of Larry & Sally of Georgetown; Bob of Simcoe; Linda of Toronto. Devoted Baba of Daniel, Braden, Chris, Olivia, Sean,  predeceased by grand daughter Kendra. Dear sister of Alice (& Wally), Ann (& Stan), Rose (&Bill) & sister-in-law Jean. Lovingly remembered by many family & friends. Predeceased by husband Orest Martyniuk, & brother Peter Shabatura. Nadia was a life long member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxillary. Friends were received at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service was held Monday at 11am. Rev. Victor McWilliams officiated. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Norfolk General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
