Obituary of KEVIN DOSSIN LAVERNE DAVIS

DAVIS, Kevin Dossin Laverne – Surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday March 5^th, 2025, of Mt. Elgin, formerly of Waterford at the age of 63.  Beloved husband of Lea (Lannoo).  Loved father of Ashley Crabb, and Brittany Crabb.  Proud Papa G. of James Townsend, and Abigail Gibson.  Dear brother of Dewayne (and the late Marilyn), Sharron, Andre (and Donna), Scott (and Maria), Darren (and Brenda), and Joe.  Kevin will also be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  Predeceased by parents Laverne and Mae Davis, and brother Dewight Davis.  Kevin grew up in Waterford and drove transport truck for 37 years, and was a longtime member of Waterford Legion Branch #123.  Kevin umpired baseball for southern counties for 23 years and was a referee for the Brant Football League for 2 years.  Kevin enjoyed hunting and spending time at the hunt camp north of Parry Sound.  Family and friends will be received on Sunday March 9, 2025, at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday March 10, 2025, at 11am.  Interment at Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in Kevin’s memory to Waterford Bible Church or Long Point Conservation Plant a Tree.
