Obituary of Peggy Ann Fletcher

FLETCHER (nee BARTOSEK) - Peggy passed away peacefully at the West Haldimand General Hospital on Saturday, July 5th, 2025.  While one of her best friends who popped in to visit her was speaking right next to her, she took her last breath while resting comfortably in her bed.  Peggy lived for 71 adventurous years.  She was a mother to two children and had 3 grandchildren.  She will be missed by her 2 sisters and her brother, her many nieces and her nephews, her many great-nieces and great-nephews, her many cousins, and her aunt who is a centenarian.  She had true friends and she valued them very much.  Visitation will be held at the Thompson Mott Funeral Home at 62 Main Street North in Waterford, Ontario (519-443-5332).  Loved ones are invited to visit Peggy from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and/or from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025.  Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th at 11:00 am.  Her burial will follow her memorial service at Greenwood Cemetery in Waterford.  Let's gather as family and friends of Peggy for some pierogies (provided by the Ukrainian Hall) in Waterford at 125 Thompson Road East in Waterford (beside the cemetery).
