WICKHAM-KOTSCH – Margaret Ann (nee. Michener) passed away peacefully at her home with family at her side on Monday, February 2, 2026 at the age of 85. Loving wife of the late Robert Kotsch and loving partner of the late George Dmetriuc. Survived by her daughter Kim Wickham (Keith Dearlove); grandchildren Emily Hindrichs, William Dearlove (Trisha Beam), Andrew Dearlove (Emily Moyaert), Owen Dearlove and Nolan Dearlove (Sierra Crandall); special siblings Pam, Brenda and Warren. Predeceased by her son Allan Wickham, grandson Richard Hindrichs and special parents Walter and Doreen Hellyer. Marg, after graduating from the RNA program at NGH worked as a nurse in various capacities obtaining other diplomas of expertise along the way. Hard working and never afraid to put her hands at any tasks. Marg alongside George renovated and built her various homes. Worked in many fields planting and harvesting local crops and was accomplished in many crafts. After retirement Marg volunteered at CityKidz, Hamilton and Bibles for Missions, Brantford. She was always up for a road trip, whether it was a crop tour, visiting antique markets with her friends or a longer road trip to California or North Carolina. Marg’s greatest love is for her children and grandchildren and she excelled at hosting Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many. Arrangements entrusted to the Thompson Mott Funeral Home, 62 Main Street N, Box 70, Waterford (519-443-5332). Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
