Obituary of Shirley Beryle Wiedrick

WIEDRICK – Shirley Beryle (nee. King) passed away peacefully at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at the age of 97.  Loving wife of the late Norman Wiedrick (2018).  Shirley is survived by her children Kenneth Wiedrick (Teresa), Connie Burton (late George) and Darrell Wiedrick (Louise); grandchildren Tara Rhodes (Ryan), Todd Wiedrick (Amy), Tiffany Wiedrick, Matthew Wiedrick (Diana), Jordan Wiedrick (Brenna) and Emily Wiedrick; great grandchildren Gabriel, Gracelynne, Gideon, Lilia, Harmony, Esme, Caleb, Eleanor, Meredith, Everly and Finley.  Shirley will be missed by siblings Marilyn Bradshaw (late Morley) and Gwen Smith (late Clifford).  Predeceased by her son Carman Wiedrick and brother Doug King (Mandy).  Arrangements entrusted to the Thompson Mott Funeral Home, 62 Main Street N, Waterford (519-443-5332).  Visitation will be held at Townsend Community Church, 85 Nanticoke Creek Pkwy., Townsend on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service held at 1:00 p.m.  Interment in Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.  If desired, donations to Haiti Children's Home.  Personal online condolences can be made at www.thompsonmottfuneralhome.com
