Obituary of Gladys May Elve

ELVE – Gladys May (nee Muth) passed away peacefully with family at her side at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the age of 100.  Loving wife of the late Robert Elve (1998).  Gladys is survived by children James (Teresa Sinkowski) and John (Kitty Mahar); grandchildren Jesse (Carole Ma); great grandchildren Curtis and Oscar; and brother Malcolm Muth.  Predeceased by parents James and Ethel Muth and siblings William, Hilda, Rhea, James and Grace.  Visitation will be held at the Thompson Mott Funeral Home, 62 Main Street N, Waterford (519-443-5332) on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with a memorial service held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m.  Interment of ashes at a later date.  If desired, donations to Waterford Old Town Hall.  Personal online condolences can be made at www.thompsonmottfuneralhome.com
