COX, Eva; On Sunday May 20, 2012, Margaret Eva Victoria Cox (nee Lefler) passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital after a short illness. Born February 13, 1930 at Dundurn Farm, home of her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Ionson. Predeceased by her parents Blake and Enid (Ionson) Lefler, and her husband Macklem F. Cox. Surviving are her brothers and sisters, Cameron and Shirley Lefler, Janet and Leslie Westbrook, Malcolm and Joanne Lefler, Norma Jean and Jed Tisdale and eleven nieces and nephews. Special aunt to Sarah Tisdale. Sister-in-law of Mary and Robert Norman, Evelyn Cox, Barbara Lane, and Wilfred Cox. Predeceased by brothers-in-law James and Robert Cox. Eva was a trained medical laboratory technician and physicians assistant and worked for several years at the Fort William Clinic. She and her husband travelled extensively while he was working inn the Middle East. Friends and family may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Tuesday 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 11am. Rev. John Maich officiating. Interment Wilsonville Cemetery.
