WHITE, Jack David; Passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton on Sunday September 23, 2012, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of 51 years to his wife Gloria and loving father to his son Gregory. Loving brother to his sister Bonnie and sister-in-law Grace. Predeceased by his mother and father Elvira and Milton White, his brother Chester and brother-in-law Harry Mack. Cremation has taken place and a private burial will take place at a later date. Arrangement entrusted with THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford (519-443-5332). Donations to The Brantford Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family.
