Obituary of DAVID GARY CRUMBACK

CRUMBACK, David Gary – Surrounded by the love of his family, David passed away at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford on Friday December 11, 2015 of Oakland at the age of 52. Loving father of Merrit. Cherished son of Sandra and the late LaVerne Crumback. Dearly loved brother of Scott, Wayne (and Tracy). Will also be sadly missed by long-time friend Jim Huys. A Celebration of David's life will be held Saturday December 19, 2015 from 12:30 until service time at 2pm at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford. Rev. Allan Burr officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Stedman Community Hospice or Kidney Foundation.
