Obituary of MARION VANGROENIGEN

VANGROENIGEN, Marion – With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Marion after a courageous battle with cancer, at Norfolk General Hospital with family at her side on Monday March 19, 2018, of Waterford at the age of 76. Beloved wife of the late Garry. Much loved mother of Ron (and Michelle), Sam (and Bret) Hutchings, Deb Cruickshank (and Keith). Cherished grandma of Jennifer (and Adam), Jessica (and Alex), Sid (and Sydney), Kristofer, Alexandria, Trent, Bryse and great grandson Gerrit. Dear sister of Isabel (and Dan) Mandich. Marion will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by sister Kathy (and Allen) Hall. Friends may be received at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Friday March 23, 2018 from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Saturday March 24, 2018 at 11am. Rev. Allan Burr officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Norfolk General Hospital.
