HORNIBROOK, Tracey – Peacefully with her family by her side at Kerr Shaver Terrace, Brantford, on Friday November 2, 2018 at the age of 51. Cherished daughter of Eeke and the late Larry Hornibrook. Loved sister of Robert (and Kim) and family. Dear niece of Pietje (and Milt) Drozdowsky. Also survived by cousins. A private family service will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to the Brantwood Foundation or Stedman Community Hospice.
