Obituary of CLIFFE PERSALL

PERSALL, E. Cliffe – Peacefully at Park Lane Terrace, Paris on Friday December 28, 2018 of Waterford, formerly of Brantford in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Waldschmit) and the late Doreen Giles. Loved father of Cameron (and Lorraine), and step-children Sharon (and Dan) Scott, Judie (and the late Garry) Dew, and the late Doug Valley. Proud Poppa of Chris (and Cheri Ann), Craig (and Kelly), Terri-Lynne (and Mike), Barbara, Rob (and Michelle), Chris (and Stacey), Ainsley, Lindsay, Jennifer (and Dennis), Jamie (and Jessica), Geoff (and Kristin), and great grandchildren Jaykob, Hailey, Kylee, Joel, Jordyn, Harlee, Mavrik, Ricky, Dylan, Ryleigh, Sydney, and Mackenzie. Cliffe will also be sadly missed by Merle and Jean Colford, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Yvonne Smith, June Duboy, Margaret Zahra, brothers Edwin, Donald, and Charlie. Cliffe was employed with Brantford P.U.C. and received a 60 Year Award for the longest membership with Amalgamated Transit Union. Friends may be received at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford on Thursday January 3, 2019 from 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday January 4, 2019 at 11:30am. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Brantford.
