SAUL, Barbara – Peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Monday January 14, 2019 of Waterford in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Melvin Saul. Loving mother of Ed (and Brenda), Mark (and Thea). Cherished grandma of Byron, A.J. (and Cass), Chuck (and Renee), Krystal, and great grandchildren Conrad, Annabelle, Conner and Elliot. Dear sister of Jean.
