WAUGH, Ingrid Elfreda – With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Ingrid at Delhi Long Term Care on Wednesday April 3, 2019 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Waugh and the late Peter Maerz. Loved mother of Peter (and Debi), Herb (and Brenda), Rob (and Anna). Cherished Oma of Ashley (and Mike), Emily (and Jared), Stephanie (and B.J.), Wesley, Caydie, Bobby, Tyler (and Sarah). Sister of Win (and Olga) Taubensee, Crystal Zill, Gudren (and Joe) Janaszek, Armon Taubensee.
