Obituary of DOROTHY BANFIELD

BANFIELD, Dorothy Larene – Peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday, July 25, 2019 of Waterford in her 96^th year.  Wife of the late Andrew Banfield.  Dear mother of Ralph, Randy (Kathy) and the late Roy Banfield.  Dorothy is survived by her grandsons Andrew (Julie) and Adam and great granddaughers Caroline, Kristen and Elizabeth, her daughter-in-law Gerry Banfield as well as her brothers Win Berry (late Joyce) and Marvin Berry (Mary Jane).  She will be fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Betty Banfield and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford on Tuesday 6-8 pm.  Funeral Service will be held Wednesday in the chapel at 11:00 am.  Rev. Allan Burr officiating.  Interment Greenwood Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society.
