PICARD, William Edward – Bill Picard of Waterford, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday December 24, 2019 in his 84th year. Cherish husband of Susanne. Loving father and father-in-law of Chris and Julie Leguee of Waterford. Proud Papa of Amanda Leguee, Johnathan Martin and Michael Martin. Survived by his brothers Jim, Bob and sister Shirley. Predeceased by his brother Doug and sister Marianne. Friends may be received on Monday December 30th 2019, 10am at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Pairsh. 165 Thompson Road Waterford Ontario.
