Obituary of BETH DRENNAN

DRENNAN, Beth – Surrounded by her loving family, Beth passed away peacefully at Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday February 6, 2020 of Waterford in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Clarke Drennan. Loving mother of Jayne Drennan (and Allan Mikkelsen), Joan (and the late Larry) Maloney, Liz Drennan (and the late Dan Walsh). Cherished Nan of Sarah (and Ben), Nicole, Kris (and Becca), Katie (and Jared), great grandchildren Lynden, Will, Jayla, Nichole, and Brendan. Dear sister of Pat (and Jim) Pepper, sister-in-law Marg Walter and Jane McArthur. Predeceased by grandson Jay Maloney, brother Gerald Walter, and sister Joan Telford. Also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Beth volunteered for over 60 years in the community. Some of her volunteer work was done through Waterford Lioness, Norfolk General Hospital Auxiliary Waterford Branch Waterford Food Cupboard, H-N Senior Support Services, and Waterford Trinity Anglican Church. Beth’s greatest passion was spending time with her family. Friends may be received at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford on Wednesday February 12, 2020 from 6-8pm with a Lioness Service prior to visitation at 5:30pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday February 13, 2020 at 1:30pm. Rev. Bill Graham officiating. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to Waterford Trinity Anglican Church or Waterford Food Cupboard.
