I was saddened to read of Johanna’s passing.
I remember her as a strong educator with HWDSB, especially as my son’s principal at C.H. Bray. As well as her strength as an educator, her compassion for children also shone through. I remember the stories she would read at parent meetings. A wonderful example of the importance of literature in children’s lives. Thank you.
