Kevin was my cousin and my memories of him are one of kind, made you welcome. Are visit to Canada some years ago was memorable thanks to Kevin and Gillians hospitality and kindness. My childhood memory’s included Kevin and alll his family and we had such lovely times, so many of us we had to have two sittings at meal times. They certainly have a wonderful daughter in Brittany, the family are very proud of her she is a wonderful daughter. Kevin will be missed by one and all.
Love to everyone in the Shaw family and we are thinking of you all lots. Lots of love Dal and Moyra and family’s

Kevin was
not just a cousin, but a good friend. He was very hospitable, and invited us to stay with him & Gillian & Ben many times, despite the workload. We enjoyed his amazing culinary confections over the years. He was loyal and caring to the “nth” degree. Kevin got us started on the search for his and Richard’s grandparents history, which led to some breakthroughs last year. We will so miss him and our long-distance chats. Special mention of Brittany, who was there for him all the way through his last days, and for Loraine and her support of Kevin and Gillian. Our hearts go out to Gillian in this difficult time. Kevin was an amazing brother-in-law, loving and caring for everyone in his family. Devoted dad , papa and husband. He was a best friend for so many years to me, and I have so many memories to help me through this immense loss. My wife, Sheena was fortunate enough to visit in February this year, when Kevin was well enough to go out and about and show how brave he was throughout his battle. No nonsense approach, always philosophical about his condition, and still maintaining a sense of humour. Wonderful man who will leave a huge hole in our lives here in England.
