Obituary of BARBE GRANT

GRANT, Barbara Scott (Barbe) – Peacefully with the love of her family Barbe passed away on Monday February 15, 2021 at Extendicare, Hamilton formerly of Waterford in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Ken Grant. Loved mother of Scott (and Margrit), James, Paula (and Joey) Mataseje. Fondly remembered as “G” by her grandchildren Jamie and Deanna Mataseje, Nigel and Frazer Grant. Dear aunt of Brad (and Kathy) Cornell, Judy (and John) O’Gorman, Gary (and Gaye) Grant. Predeceased by brother Rick Cornell. Barbe volunteered many years in the community receiving Lifetime Achievement Awards for Norfolk General Hospital Auxiliary and Waterford Lioness. Due to Covid-19 the family will be having a private service for Barbe. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in memory of Barbe to Norfolk General Hospital, Waterford United Church, Waterford Lioness, or Waterford Camp Trillium Rainbow Lake.
