Obituary of LOUIS THOMAS DARBY

DARBY, Louis Thomas – Passed away peacefully at Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Cherished husband to Diane for over 66 years. Loving father to Christine Fader (Dane), Karen Johnstone (David) and Diane Jr. Louis was a proud grandfather to Joel Fader (Alex), Shawn Fader (Sarlin), Nicky Fader, Lara McKinley (Greg), Aaron Johnstone, Kiki Snook (Adam), and great grandfather to Piper and Charlee. Louis was a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Chemical Engineering program and enjoyed spending his days on his farm in Waterford. A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all staff at Norview Lodge in Simcoe for their compassionate care of Louis during his stay. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers are appreciated.
