Sorry to hear that Peg, has passed. As kids we used to play baseball in her side yard in the 60's. I have many great memories of working with Peg at the Pickle Factory. When she would come to Time Hortons with her friend Lois Gratton we would have a wonderful visit. I'm sure she is reunited with the family that she has missed for many years. Linda,David and families,So sad to be saying good bye to my last aunt.Aunt Peggy was a strong willed woman who showed this by raising her children as a single mother.She loved her family and was proud of all their accomplishments.You are all in my thoughts during these sad days and wishing you strength.

Hello Linda and David and all the families, So sorry to hear about Aunt Peggy. 94 years of life. She was many things to many people during all those years. Daughter , sister,wife,mother, mother inlaw,aunt,grandmother ,great grandmother, friend, Co worker,daughter in law and neighbor. There is probably more I have not mentioned. We use to talk on the phone and talk of old times and family stories. She always talked about her children and grandchildren and how much she loved you and how proud she was of all of you and what you were up to. We shared laughs and tears together. My mother asked to see Aunt Peggy when she was sick and Aunt Peggy came done. I will never forget how happy they were to see each other and the hugs and tears they had. They laughed and were looking at old pics of the house they use to live in. As sisters do ,they did not agree on all of the memories the same way. It was funny to hear as they were like kids again.Lots of laughs were had . Hope this story brought a smile to your face at this sad time. Love to all Jo-Ann

Dear Linda And David and family members I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Peggy's passing.We shared lots of laughs and conversations on the telephone sharing the daily news from each province and lots of memories.Enjoyed all the down east trips she made over the years and getting to know her.Mom and her were so nice to see together they had such great love for each other .My heart and love are with you all.Love June
