Obituary of EVELYN ETHEL COX

COX, Evelyn (Roper) – peacefully, surrounded by her family, Evelyn passed away at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at the age of 87 years.  Wife of the late Robert Wilson Cox. Loving mother of Linda McPhee, Esther Church, Lori Cox and Donna Paulmert and their significant others.  Cherished grandmother of grandchildren: Sandie, Ryan, Amanda, Gregory, Kayla, Emily, Jayme and Aaron, great grandchildren: Eric, Eva, Nina, Garret, Gavin, Logan, Graydon, Hayden, Berkley and Wesley and by a great-granddaughter Melody.  Predeceased by her son John, brother Bob Roper and sister Dorothy Plumb.  Evelyn is also survived by many nieces and nephews.   Visitation will be held at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford on Saturday, January 14, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.  Rev. Sheena Marini officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Waterford.  Memorial donations to the Waterford Old Town Hall would be appreciated by the family.
