Obituary of MARY NIGHTINGALE

Mary Nightingale – peacefully at Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Monday, March 6, 2023, at the age of 96-years. Wife of the late Frank J. Nightingale (1982), and Arie Zwaal (1990). Loving mother of the late Frank M., Bob (Mary Anne) and  Bill (Amy).  Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren Meagan (Mat), Erica (Jamie), Tyler, Ryan (Leanne), Darren, Bill Jr (Natalie), Carmina (Carl) and 3 step grandchildren Spencer, Emerson and Stetson as well as 9 great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by her brother Michael Pastir. Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Parish Church on Friday at 9:30 a.m.  Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation, St. Bernard’s C.W.L. or Branch 123 Royal Canadian Legion, Waterford.
