Obituary of CYNTHIA ELGAR SPEARING

SPEARING, Cynthia Elgar (Cindy)– It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Cindy Spearing of Waterford, at the age of 67, at St. Peter’s Hospital on Saturday, April 8^th, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Chuck Spearing.  Devoted Mom to Allan and Amber.  Cherished Grandma of Alyvia, Colton and Anabelle.  Loving daughter to the late Allan and Eva Broadley and Phyllis and the late Charlie Spearing.  Loved sister of Lynn and Elaine Broadley and Diane and Brian Holden.  Sister-in-law to Michael Spearing and Janet, John and Jennifer Spearing and Tammy and Jason Rolleman.    Special Aunt to Elizabeth and Blair Gunn and their daughters, Ava and Lauren; Kimberly Holden and her children, Gavin and Lorelei; Miranda and Flynn; Eric; Justin and his daughter; Chloe and Gus and their son; Grace and Averi.  Long-time friend of Joyce and Bill Moore, Rick and Kathy Huffman and Linda Shantz.  Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home in Waterford on Friday, April 14^th, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  A Celebration of Cindy’s life will be held in the chapel on Saturday, April 15^th, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.  Rev. Grace EunKyung Lee officiating.  Interment at Greenwood Cemetery.  Donations to Waterford United Church.
