Lorena will be missed.... lots of childhood memories of Christmases, visits, picnics and meals together or climbing into the baby blue Oldsmobile convertible to go for an ice cream cone. Aunt Rene kept her home spotless, and I liked to run barefoot, so dirty feet meant countless trips to the bathtub for me. She may have even had a sense of the future because when I was very little, we were all in Mom‘s VW. I was bugging Aunt Rene about something, so she insisted that I use a phone to call from the car. I insisted that cars didn’t have telephones. No one had even imagined using a mobile phone back then! Barb, may you find comfort in knowing your mom loved you very much.
