I am so sorry to hear of your loss of your Mom. Your parents were special people and always welcomed me when we had our many sleepovers. I have many memories of those times. We had great neighbours around us growing up. I miss our old neighbourhood. I was thinking about the good times the other day as I was going through some old pictures. Parkview is a great place as that is where Bernie’s Mom was. Couldn’t ask for better care. We even met up with Ron when she first moved in. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Maybe the neighbours have all met up again. Take care. I remember the toast and ketchup also.

I have known Colleen for over six years. She lived in Southview with my late father, John and in Gardenview with my Mom, Doreen.
I appreciated Colleen’s kindness, warmth, smile and her laughter. She was a beautiful lady and I will miss seeing her each and every day.
I had the privilege of knowing her sister Opal also.
My thoughts are with her girls whom I saw all of the time when they were visiting their Mom and I, mine. I have been praying for you since I learned your Mom was not doing well last weekend. I will continue to pray for you as you grieve.
I lost my Dad a year and twenty-seven weeks ago and not a day goes by that I don’t think of him. He resides in my heart, as I know that your Mom will with you.
I hope that you don’t mind but I would like to make a donation in your Mom’s memory to Parkview Meadows because it was your Mom’s home for well over six and a half years, my late father John and my Mom’s and my home.
With warmest condolences,
Andrea (Andee) Tiffin

Our condolences go out to the family, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. She was such a sweet lady always loved it when we would bring over fresh vegetables out of the garden. She would say come in for a couple of minutes which always ended up being a hour or more. We would always be told stop shoveling the driveway you've done way to much. One of my favorite memories of living across the street was every time I left the house she would be standing at the front door throwing me kisses. We miss having them around , the stories they would tell and the amazing people the were. They will both be sadly missed but they will stay in our hearts and thoughts forever.

Hi Marg - I thought I had commented but it doesn't look like it went through.
So I am trying again and I apologize. My Mom and Dad truly missed being in their house. They enjoyed your friendship and loved sharing their stories.
Thank you on behalf of our family. Truly appreciated.

Sending my heartfelt prayers on the loss of Mrs. Currie. I grew up with her daughter Deb and spent many nights at sleepovers. I developed a love of ketchup on toast for breakfast. My family thought I was crazy, eating it Still do. In later years we often saw her walking around Waterford and we'd stop for a quick chat. She was a lovely lady who will be missed by many.

Dear Diane, Ron, Deb & families. We are saddened to hear of Colleen's death. We were blessed to be Neil & Colleen's next door neighbours. We enjoyed many "over the fence" visits, good stories & Colleen was especially happy to receive homemade applesauce
and never wanted too much time to pass before she returned the dish. During difficult times they shared with us, we told them we would be praying for them. We pray now, for all your family as you grieve.
May God give you comfort and strength.
With Sympathy, Paul & Susanne Cullimore
