Dear Martha was like my 'other mother' when we lived across the street. Her whole life was one big smile as she lived a generous, Godly life. She baked cookies and brought them over many times! We've kept in touch over the years and we are sorry she's gone but glad she"s no longer suffering.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Haviland family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Our loss is Heavens gain. It was a pleasure to have Martha as our neighbour and enjoyed her company. Her Faith and Love for her Savior Jesus Christ was evident in her actions and words. She enjoyed baking and sharing her goods. We will miss her hot crossed buns at Easter and her famous jam-jam cookies. RIP Martha. Till we meet again. John & Abby G

Martha was a beloved neighbour of mine for 27 years. We shared many a conversation over the fence and I enjoyed her baked goods on many occasions. A beautiful woman of God. She will be sorely missed ! Jean Benton-Turner
