Obituary of TERRY TIMM BECHTEL

BECHTEL, Terry – October 27, 1944 – October 14, 2024.  Terry passed away on Monday October 14, 2024, at Norfolk General Hospital with family by his side.  Terry was born and raised in Kitchener and worked for RMS Machinery in Kitchener.  Beloved husband to Annabelle Bechtel.  Loving father of Trevor Bechtel (and Rhonda), Karen Quiriple (and Wilson).  Grandfather of Ethan Quiriple, Elizabeth and Emily Bechtel.  Stepfather of Cindy Dodd (and Kelly), and Bob Badour. Step grandfather of Nathan, Steven and Alison Dodd.  Sadly missed by sisters Wendy Coull (and Doug), Lori Curran (and Rodger), ex-wife Jean (and Bryan) Ibbotson, 3 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law in Nova Scotia.  Predeceased by parents Percy and Ruth Bechtel.  Terry loved sailing, playing bass and singing with several bands, skiing, playing bridge and joking with family and friends.  A Celebration of Life for Terry will be held at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in memory of Terry to the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice.
