Obituary of MAURICE WILLIAM POHORESKY

POHORESKY, MAURICE – At Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the age of 86. Loving father of Wanda Hunter, Julie Pohoresky (and Ed Pajor), and Maureen (and Stephen) Holmes, the late Cathy Bernard (and Kevin Bergie). Loved grandfather of Corrie (and Chad), Kyle (and Kelly), Meghan, Sasha (and Mark), Carl, Jackie (and Brad), Mykala (and Jake), Melina (and Keith), and Kaelen. Maurice will also be missed by his 6 great grandchildren. Maurice will be fondly remembered by his brother Harold (and Karen). Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford on Thursday November 21, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8pm.  Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday November 22, 2024 at 11:00am.   Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Maurice may donate to Cure SMA Canada.
