Obituary of ANNETTE PFAU

PFAU, E. Annette – With the love of her family, Annette passed away peacefully at Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Monday November 18, 2024, of Waterford at the age of 87.  Beloved wife for 69 years to Carl Pfau.  Loving mother of Sharon (and Kevin) Wingfield, and Michael.  Loved grandma of Andrew (and Lacey), and Daniel.  Dear sister of Pat (and Ross) Croucher, Pauline (and the late Ed) Maskell, Brian (and Diane) Holden.  Annette was always cherished by her nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by parents Harry and Myrtle Holden.  Annette was a long-time member of Villa Nova Baptist Church, and a 50-year member of Waterford Legion Branch #123.  Annette was a Lecturer for Weight Watchers for many years, and a proud and loving foster parent of 13 children.  Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford on Monday November 25, 2024, from 10am until the service time at 11am.  Rev. Allan Burr officiating.  Interment Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Waterford Legion Branch #123 or Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home.
