Obituary of GLADYS SALTZBERRY

SALTZBERRY, Gladys – Surrounded by her family at Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home on Monday December 16, 2024 of Waterford at the age of 80.  Beloved wife for 61 years to David Saltzberry.  Loving mother of Debra (and Dwayne) Schira, Wendy Haskett (and John), Kim (and Jim) Mike.  Cherished Nan of Cody (and Kaitlynn), Jakob (and Dana), Wyatt (and Amanda), Brady (and Brandon), Mark, Miranda (and (Ashley), Dylan (and Kailyn), Jordan (and Emily) and great grandchildren Claire, Colton, Lucas, Rory, Neil, Memphis, Aspyn, and Crimsyn.  Dear sister of Lynda (and Paul) Sousa.  Gladys will also be missed by special friend Helen Smith, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  Predeceased by parents Clayton and Fannie Barnes, brother George (and Ellen) Barnes.  Glady was a Custodian for 24 years with the Grand Erie School Board. Family and friends will be received at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford on Thursday December 19, 2024, from 4-6pm.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
