Obituary of ANNIE GYSELINCK
Annie Gyselinck – With the love of her family by her side at Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday January 15, 2025, of Waterford in her 93rd year. Safe in the arms of Jesus and reunited with her loved ones. Predeceased by her husband Alfons Gyselinck. Lovingly remembered by her children, Victor (and Marie), David (and Pat), Allen (and Brenda), Dennis, Diane (and Barry) Porter, Randy, Gary, Marlene Gyselinck (and Don Barber), Nancy (and the late Jimmy) Sault. Forever loved grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Annie will be remembered by sister Vickie (and the late Allen) Young, many nieces, nephews, neighbours, and many dear friends that she cherished. Predeceased by brothers John and Billy Chernechuk, and sister Lena Sliworsky. Her laughter, kindness and her strong faith will live on in her family and those she left behind. Special thanks to the staff of 3B, 4B of Norfolk General Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion during mom’s stay. Family and friends will be received on Monday January 20, 2025 at Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 11am. Rev. Josh Staats officiating. Interment Waterford Greenwood Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Waterford Community Church or the Alzheimer’s Society.
