Rock, Clara Melissa; Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, St. Thomas, on Friday January 16, 2004 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Howard Rock (1980). Loving Mother of Mavis & her husband Lloyd Collyer, Brantford; & Gerald & wife Lynn, St. Thomas. Cherished grandmother of Jason & Neil Collyer, Becky & Bryan Rock. Survived by a brother Frank Hill, Vanessa and predeceased by sisters Annie Whistler, Mary Jull, and Beatrice Martin. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. A longtime resident of Vanessa Ontario. Friends may call at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1pm. Rev. Rober Parr officiating. Interment Vanessa Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
