Jamieson, (LaForce), Gladys Janet: At Norfolk General Hospital on Monday, January 19, 2004, of Waterford. She went to be with the Lord in her 84th year. Gladys was the eldest daughter of the late Thomas and Sophia LaForce. Predeceased by her husband Esmonde W. Jamieson, her son Jeffery J. Jamieson, her brother Colin M. LaForce, and her sister Shirley Shade (Normand). survived by her duaghters Joyce Kerschbaum (Hubert) of Michigan USA; Reverend Roxanne Canivet (Gregory) of Waterford; and Gail Jamieson of Waterford. Sadly missed by her grandchildren: Judith Zachar (Steve), Suzanne Pfeffer (Lawrence), Lisa Dickson, Jeffery Dickson (Lisa), Esmonde and Evan Jamieson. She will also be sadly missed by her great grandchildren: Rachel and Nathan Zachar, Savannah and Ian Pfeffer and Jennifer, Keiffer and Alicia Dickson. Dear sister of Phyllis Sherman, Donald (Sonny) LaForce (Verna), Winston LaForce (Kim), and Erla Taylor (Albert). she will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. She wa a long-time member of the Waterford Legion Branch 123 and the Trinity Anglican Church of Waterford. The family would like to thank Dr. Bonnie Edwards, Dr. Robert Dukelow, Dr. N. Mattar, and the nurses on 3E at N.G.H. and the Simcoe Community Care Access Program for their continued care. Friends may visit at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm. funeral service will be celebrated at the Trinity Anglican Church in Waterford, Friday at 12 noon. Rev. Stephen Emery officiating. Interment St. Paul's Cemetery, Ohsweken. The reception will follow at the Waterford Community Centre. Donations in memory of Gladys can be made to the Trinity Anglican Church Accessibility Fund or to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
