Obituary of Betty Jean Feltmate

FELTMATE, Betty Jean (nee Kalar); Passed away peacefully on Sunday August 8, 2004 at the Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo in her 82nd year. Born in Toronto on March 19, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Alice Rachel and Charles Rolph Kalar. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Allison Feltmate (1974). She is survived by her brother, George Kalar, Port Dover. She is fondly remembered by her six children Patricia (Willie Whiteman), Douglas (Linda), Thomas (Peggy), Ann, Deborah (Ritch Swidrovich) and Susan (John Renaud). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Matthew, Katie (Scott Robb), Jeremy (Shannon), Kyle, Heather, Jennifer, Eric, Daniel and Michael, and her great granddaughter Anora in Iowa. Betty spent most of her life in the Waterford and Port Dover area. A service in celebration of Betty's life will be held in Waterford.
