Anderson, John Terry; It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, poppa, and brother, JOHN TERRY ANDERSON, after a brief and most courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday December 14, 2004, of Waterford, at the age of 56. Terry will be remembered by his family and his many friends for his exuberant love of life, his infectious laugh, and his dedication to the purpose of the Royal Canadian Legion at various levels. He is Past President of R.C.L. Waterford Branch 123 and contiuned to be an active Branch member. He is currently Deputy Zone B-1 Commander and District B Poppy Chairman of the Legion. He has been an employee of Canadian Blue Bird Coach for 38 years. Throughout his short life, he has been involved with many community organizations and served on many executives. Terry will be greatly missed by his wife Sharon, Daughter Shelley and her partner Steve, son Jason, grandchildren Anyssa, and Austin, sisters Donna and Bev (Jim), brothers Jim (Jean), Watson (Geraldine) and Harold (Deb), mother-in-law Olive Walker, sister-in-law Joan (Don), and brothers-in-law Murray (Gail), Harold (Yvonne), Wayne (Evelyn), Gerald (Mary Mae) and Garry (Gail). He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. He is the youngest son of Watson (deceased-1967) and Elizabeth (deceased-1977). Terry is resting at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home in Waterford. Family and friends may visit on Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Royal Canadian Legion Service will be held on Friday at 6:30pm. Terry's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11am in the chapel and will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery in Waterford. Donations will be gratefully accepted in Terry's memory to the Ontario Command Poppy Fund and to the Canadian Cancer Society. Terry will be Forever Missed and Forever Loved and Remembered.
