KONONIUK, Christina; At the Georgian Heights Ownen Sound on Tuesday October 25, 2005, formerly of Waterford at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Nick Kononiuk. Loving mother of Neda Parker of Owen Sound, Nancy Zaika of Buffalo, New York and Alec Kononiuk and his wife Helen of Port Elgin. Cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Predeceased by son Stanley, daughter Lillian Knight, grand daughter Lynne Knight and several brothers and sisters. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Friday at 11am. Rev. Walter Senko officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke foundation would be appreciated by the family.
