Obituary of James Parker

PARKER, James (Jim); Surrounded by the love of his family at Norfolk General Hospital on Wednesday May 2nd 2012, of Boston, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Erna (Fehr). Proud father of David, Dale (and Colleen), Charles, Ricky (and Angela), Wayne, and Scott (and Carol). Loving grandfather to Andrew and family, Brandy (and Mike), John, Jordan, Rachele, and Nathan. Dear brother of Mildred, and sister- in-law Marie. Loved uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Robert. Jim was an avid lover of fly fishing, hunting, master fly-tier, gunsmithing, small engine repair and racing. A special thanks to Ambulance Attendants, Hamilton General Hospital and Norfolk General Hospital staff. Friends and relatives may call at THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford on Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11am, Rev. Peter Lemont, Rev. John Buchwald and Ron Kikot officiating. Interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery. Donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Norfolk General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
