FRANKS, Mary; It is with deepest sorrow the family announces the passing of Mary at Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday May 10, 2012, of Waterford, in her 63rd year. Beloved wife of Ron Franks. Loving mother of Rhonda Franks (and Pat Beal). Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, on Tuesday 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 11 am. Rev.
