Mathers, Verdon (Vern); Peacfully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday February 12, 2007, of Wilsonville in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Betty (Bowles). Dear father of Danny (& Jan), Susan, Ken (& Linda), Ruthanne, Ron (& Cheryl), Bruce (& Kim), Albert, Lloyd (&Sandra). Loving Granmpa of 10 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. Brother of Audrey Blackwell, Lillian Kronenburg, & James. Predecased by son Roy. Friends may call at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home, Waterford, Wednesday 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held Thursday 11am. Rev. Allan Burr officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciated donations to Canadian Diabetes Association.
