Obituary of Henry Wozniak

WOZNIAK, Henry William; With heavy hearts, we the family of Henry Wozniak announce his passing on Friday August 17th, 2007, at Henderson Hospital, Hamilton in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Pajor. Proud father of Henry, Jacksonville, Florida; Monica Hooper (Scott), Waterford; and Alexander (Jennifer), Burlington. Henry is survived by his mother Kay Wozniak, sister Terry Dussault (Roland) and their family, Brantford. Also surviving are in-laws Louise Yarek, Toronto, Helen Leishman (Matt), Brantford; and Stan Pajor, Waterford. Predeceased by his father Joseph Wozniak in 2000. Born in Dury France in 1938 Henry with his parents and sister immigrated to Canada in 1951. Henry enjoyed life to the fullest traveling the world for both business and pleasure. He was very proud of his Polish heritage attending many festivals and community events. Henry was also an avid Nascar fan traveling the circuit to watch as many races as he could. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 11am. Deacon Frank Chowhan officiating.
