CARPENTER, Lyle Dennis; At the Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday February 10, 2008, of Waterford, formerly of Springvale, at the age of 52. Loving husband and best friend of Laurie (Verbrugge). Loved father of Travis, and step-daughters Melody and Tristen. Cherished son of Jean (Carpenter) and Joe Kelly. Dear brother of Wray (& Bonnie), Lee (& Bev), Denise (& Allan) Holm, Donald, Valerie Saunders and step-sisters Maureen Smith, Sharon and Dave Smith, and Colleen Kelly. Lyle will also be sadly missed by mother and father-in-law Odiel and Judy Verbrugge, many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by father Ivan Carpenter. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Tuesday 7-9 pm, Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 11 am. Interment Springvale Cemetery.
