Obituary of Paul Zaluski

ZALUSKI, Paul; Surrounded by the love of his family at Norfolk General Hospital on Sunday March 23, 2008, of Waterford at the age of 87. Loved husband for 52 years to Annie (Steel). Loved father of Sharon (& Karl) Pellow, Craig (& Jennifer). Proud Grampa of Sarah (& Ian) Webb, William Jaques; Zoe, & Genevieve. Dear brother of Anne Wolfe, Phyllis Sarafinchin & sisters-in-law Polly, & Evelyn. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by son Stephen (1968), brothers Mike, Bill, John & sister Lena Boyko. Paul proudly served 6 years in World War 2 in the 41st Battery in the 5th Division aiding in the freedom of Italy, Great Britian, & Holland. Paul served many years on the Board of the Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association, the board for the City of Nanticoke Library, and an active lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 123. Friends may call at the THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 11:30am. Rev. Adolph Hahn officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Royal Canadian Legion Service Tuesday 6:30pm.
