A very long time ago I was riding my bike down the gravel road, around the bend, and wiped out. Mrs. Haviland must of heard me crying as she came outside and calmed me down. She took me inside to bandage up my knee, good as new. She was so kind. Next to the tractor pulls at Havilands, I will always remember being sent home with my "good as new" knee.
