I will always remember Jean treating Mike (the name we neighbour kids always called Leslie), Doug Kitchen and I to an airplane ride out of Simcoe airport to celebrate Mike's birthday. I was probably ten years old. That treat was "outside the box", and represents the special mind of Jean Kerr, for me.

Jean was a wonderful next door neighbour (Main Street, Waterford, 1960-1973/74 or so) and a good influence in my formative years. Bless you. May you rest in peace. Lawrence Saracuse, Victoria, BC

Jean was an astounding woman. My time spent with her here was indeed a privilege and her spirit and accomplishments will live on forever through the ages. Although it is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye for now, we will always remember and cherish the thought... With my deepest sympathy.
